Mô phỏng theo API api/question/get-random-questions-from-random-rank để tạo ra 1 API nhằm lấy ra random câu hỏi với random rank theo số lượng được cho trước theo Job của 1 Intern, cách thức nhập giống api/question/get-random-questions-from-random-rank
